1. Returns
Unfortunately, from time to time our orders may get damaged in
transit. If you receive an order that is damaged please advise the courier
that you will not accept damaged goods and that the delivery should be returned.
We will resend your order ASAP to reduce any inconvenience to you.
If you change your mind or you are not happy with the products
you have purchased please return them to us unopened in new condition within 3 days
of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund
the purchase price of the products. We are unfortunately unable to refund
delivery charges.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any coffee
machine you purchase from Trinacria Coffee System, you may return it within 10 days
for a full refund. Returned items must be in "like new" condition, with all original
parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail
display box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged for the missing
parts. To return an item, you must contact us via phone or e-mail within 7 days
of purchase. We will refund your purchase price upon return of the coffee machine,
PROVIDED ALL OF THE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED.
We cannot accept liability for machines which are damaged or lost in transit whilst
being returned.
Machines purchased for commercial use (i.e. the sale of coffee) are excluded.
2. Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet
been sent. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel
an order, so that we can cancel delivery. Your credit card will be immediately credited
when a canceled item has not yet sent.
If the item has been sent, you will be responsible for paying
the delivery costs for returning the merchandise to us. For items that are canceled
after they are sent, your account will not be credited until we receive the returned
item.
3. Manufacturer Warranties

1 year parts and labor through Trinacria Coffee System.
We are an authorized Saeco/Lavazza/Trinacria/Gaggia Repair Center and we cover the
warranty/repair for all our customers.
4. Ownership of the products purchased
Ownership of the products purchased does
not pass to you until payment is made in full. Should your credit card payment
be reversed for any reason, Trinacria coffee system and Distributors will be entitled
to seek the return of the products purchased or another method of payment.
This may be done through a third party.
